Aateeb is an MBA candidate at the MIT Sloan School of Management. Prior to MIT, he received his BA in Public Policy from Duke University and worked as a product manager at Aurora Solar. At Aurora, he helped build software tools that make rooftop solar cheaper and easier to install. He also holds a real estate license and is interested in the intersection of real estate development and building decarbonization. Outside of work, Aateeb loves to bike, surf, climb, and cook. You can expect to find him backpacking in the mountains of New England when he's not in Cambridge figuring out how to make housing more affordable and sustainable.

Alejandro is a PhD candidate at MIT focusing on next-generation battery cathode materials. Through internship experiences in R&D and manufacturing of Li-ion batteries, he has become passionate about energy storage solutions and global decarbonization. As a Co-Managing Director of CEP, he is excited to expand and leverage the CEP network to help startups advance sustainable solutions. In his free time, he enjoys traveling, cooking, and playing tennis.

Gabriel is an MBA '25 candidate at the MIT Sloan School of Management pursuing opportunities in climate tech entrepreneurship and financing. Before Sloan, he provided economic consulting services for commercial litigation at Cornerstone Research. During his first year at MIT, Gabriel served as VP of Applicant Experience for the Climate and Energy Prize and VP of Finance for the MIT Energy and Climate Club. In his leisure time, Gabriel enjoys outdoor activities such as cycling, camping, and running.

Before starting his MIT MBA, he was the Head of Growth at one of the fastest growing Generative AI scaleups, AutogenAI, where he led on business development efforts. Gurjinder has been listed on Forbes 30 under 30 leader list for his contributions to media and marketing while working as Senior Growth Manager at award-winning news website Tortoise Media. Gurjinder actively engages in public policy through voluntary mentoring and governance roles. As a result, he has been named a Global Shaper by the World Economic Forum and is an RSA Fellow.

At Boston Consulting Group, she designed strategies to execute recommendations from Massachusetts’ Climate Chief, ensuring startups have access to the capital and ecosystems required to nurture research to prototype, accelerate validation, and achieve commercial launch. She has partnered with dozens of diverse organizations across 5 continents and 35 countries as well as pioneered local initiatives to volunteer with sustainability nonprofits in the Boston area. Elizabeth remains excited to explore innovative solutions to climate challenges for our global energy transition.

Yasmina is a dual-degree 2026 MBA and MPP candidate at MIT Sloan and Harvard Kennedy School. She is energized by finding solutions and tackling obstacles facing the energy transition and has experience across decarbonization pillars and technologies; from commercialization of bio-methanol for marine shipping to supply chain strategies for green hydrogen giga-projects to mergers in renewable energy O&M players. Prior to MIT, Yasmina worked at M2X Energy, a Breakthrough Energy Ventures company, solving policy and commercialization questions and in low-carbon energy strategy at McKinsey & Company. Outside of work, Yasmina can be found hiking and freshwater swimming whenever the weather allows.

Luis Bolio, originally from Mexico City, is currently a second-year MBA student at MIT Sloan. A CFA Charterholder, he also holds a Bachelor's degree in Financial Management from ITAM. This past summer, Luis interned at Angeleno Group, a venture capital and private equity firm specializing in climate tech investments. Before joining MIT Sloan, he led funding strategies for sustainability projects at the world's largest baking company and gained experience at their corporate venture capital arm. Prior to this, she earned her BS in materials science & engineering from MIT and her MS in management science & engineering from Stanford University. Most recently, Seeta was a summer intern at Energy Impact Partners, where she conducted in-depth analyses of critical metals markets, identifying key challenges and opportunities in upstream and downstream operations, with a focus on expanding, onshoring, and decarbonizing supply chains. Seeta is passionate about finding ways to decarbonize industries and improve energy access on a global scale. Danny is a 2026 MBA candidate at MIT Sloan focused on climate/clean tech. While serving as a US Marine Corps Intelligence Officer and Chief of Staff, Danny saw the geopolitical ramifications of energy infrastructure in Europe and the Middle East and the crucial need for innovation in that space. During the summer, Danny also worked as a Program Manager for MIT's startup accelerator, delta v, where he supported startups in various industries. As VP of Operations & Events, Danny is excited to develop and enhance lasting relationships for hopefully the biggest and most international CEP ever! In his free time, he skydives, reads fantasy literature, and enjoys the arts.

Kat is a dual degree MBA/MPA in International Development candidate at MIT Sloan and Harvard Kennedy School. She comes from Manila, Philippines, where she built a career in renewable energy investment and project development, as well as in sustainable transportation. Over the summer, she worked with a solar minigrid developer on demand stimulation and expanding rural electrification in West Africa. As someone who enjoys being constantly on the move, Kat looks forward to bringing that energy to CEP.

Haamid Adam

Haamid is a Chartered Engineer with extensive experience in offshore wind development, having pioneered the first grid-scale projects in Japan, South Korea, and Taiwan. He has led large-scale initiatives, tackled regulatory and technical challenges, and contributed to policy discussions as a board member of the Renewables Power Committee at the IMechE. Building on his foundational background in Chemical Engineering, Haamid earned an MSc in Offshore Wind Energy Engineering through a partnership with Siemens Gamesa, where he specialized in integrating green hydrogen with offshore wind. Looking forward, Haamid is dedicated to advancing the adoption of renewable energy and commercializing emerging climate tech innovations.

Before HBS, he was the Senior Originator at RWE Asia Pacific, originating power solutions to corporate off-takers and structuring commercial routes for renewable energy projects. Kanika Rajput is a student at MIT Sloan, pursuing an MBA as part of the class of 2026. Before MIT, she worked with the sovereign wealth fund of India, investing across sub-sectors in renewable energy and creating a $2 billion blended finance green fund for the country. Kanika has also worked with the Ministry of Finance, India, to help drive the country’s investment framework for underutilized assets. Passionate about climate action, Janka served on the Student Advisory Board for the MIT Climate Grand Challenges and is a TEX-E Fellow, connecting Texas and MIT’s energy entrepreneurial ecosystems. Adarsh is a joint degree student, pursuing the MBA at MIT Sloan and Master's in Public Policy (MPP) student at Harvard Kennedy School. Previously, he was an economics research at the University of Chicago, where he has worked Profs. Raghuram Rajan, Marianne Bertrand, and Chang-Tai Hsieh. His main research focus was on the question of reducing female labor inequities in India. Adarsh also founded Aloe, a social commerce company centred around sustainability (finalist of Chicago Booth's Social New Venture Challenge). He's excited about leveraging his climate entrepreneurship and economics experience to help deploy scalable solutions at the intersection of climate impact and economic mobility. Adarsh loves playing tennis and exploring wildlife: earlier this year he spent a few days in the middle of Jim Corbett forest in India where he spotted tigers and jackals!
